I have enrolled in Cebu for BASIC BALLOON ARTS last April 16, 2009 for the schedule April 19, 2009. However, Jean has been calling to postponed the class 5 times already. She promised later that she will refund the payment that is why I sent her my account number and she told me to wait for your call but until now there is no call from you! it's been 2 months already and I haven't received any news on the refund! jean said that she already forwarded to the main office in manila regarding my refund but how could this happen that you take a slow process on your refund? Am I still going to receive my refund? You have to do something about this..

hi, i am thinking of going into a small business project. I have some ideas rigth now on what business to go into but i think that what really stops me from making the important step is the fear of making the wrong move. A few years ago, my husband and i, went the rounds of the government agencies to learn the ropes of how and what business to start. The DTI agent we talked to that time told us to go right in, whatever it is that interests us because we will only know if the business is for us or not when we are in it. We should first try our hand at the business and introduce our products to the neighborhood, etc, and learn if the business is the right one for us. We, therefore, went into trial run. Two-three months after, I applied for a city business permit. With that, I also registered our business with the BIR. At the BIR, I was told that before everything else, I should have registered with them before I started my business. I closed my micro-micro-micro-business a year after because the stress of the possibility of one day being charged as a tax-evader was too much for me. I would like to start a business again. May I know what is the truth - trial business first (DTI) or registration with BIR first? I hope you will reply to this question because my husband and I want to invest our money in a worthwhile endeavor. Thank you very much.
