The first Real Estate Licensure Examination for 2008 will be held on May 27 in the following venues: Bacolod City, Baguio City, Cebu City, Davao City, Iloilo City, Legaspi City, Lipa City, Quezon City, and Tarlac City.
Already, review centers are now very busy preparing individuals planning to take the licensure examination. One of them is the Urban Institute which, in its newspaper advertisement, prides itself of being the "home of topnotchers and successful brokers" and a more than 86 percent passing rate in the May 2007 examination.
The evening classes at the Urban Institute (from 6 to 10 pm) will start on February 26 and will go on for 7 Tuesdays. The also have afternoon sessions for Mondays which will start on February 25, Thursdays which will start on February 28, and Saturdays which will start March 1, all to take 6 meetings.

I have just started a new real estate blog entitled "Own This Property". I decided to be on the lookout for good real estate deals for the rich and poor alike.
