This is how the term "negosyo" is defined at http://tl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negosyo. The way I understand it, the term used to mean "trade" or "craft". But, in the 18th century, it started to mean a personal commercial undertaking or business. This is how Filipinos use the term today. It is something that we constantly hope we'd be able to do and do successfully. I am no exception.
