Real Estate Seminars and Reviews

The first Real Estate Licensure Examination for 2008 will be held on May 27 in the following venues: Bacolod City, Baguio City, Cebu City, Davao City, Iloilo City, Legaspi City, Lipa City, Quezon City, and Tarlac City.

Already, review centers are now very busy preparing individuals planning to take the licensure examination. One of them is the Urban Institute which, in its newspaper advertisement, prides itself of being the "home of topnotchers and successful brokers" and a more than 86 percent passing rate in the May 2007 examination.

The evening classes at the Urban Institute (from 6 to 10 pm) will start on February 26 and will go on for 7 Tuesdays. The also have afternoon sessions for Mondays which will start on February 25, Thursdays which will start on February 28, and Saturdays which will start March 1, all to take 6 meetings.

While most large companies have huge accounting units and have ready access to large accounting and auditing firms, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) usually have to make do with the crudest record-keeping by its owners or managers as source of financial information.

Charity Computer Bootcamp

For almost ten years, Henry N. Ong II worked for local call centers and consultancy firms as a trainer, team leader and quality assurance (QA) manager. He also worked overseas as a junior network administrator of an oil and gas company in Abu Dhabi where he spent his spare time teaching at Informatics, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Apparently, he has applied Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad principles to the Philippine setting and have earned millions through real estate investing. I feel leadership really is nothing but influence. With influence, you can move others to help you do great things. And yes, we all have heard about leadership by example, but a big part of the "influencing" is really done through speech.
